ANZAC Biscuits Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup sugar 1 cup self-raising flour 3/4 cup butter or coconut oil 2 tbsp golden syrup Method Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. Mix oats, coconut, sugar, and flour. Melt butter and syrup, and then mix into dry ingredients. Form into 1" balls and bake for 12 minutes. Rest until firm.
