Egg Bites

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup finely-grated cheese
• 1/2 an onion, grated
• 1-2 cups mix-ins, e.g. bacon bits, peas, grated broccoli, chopped spinach, etc

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180C / 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Grease and fill mini muffin tray.
4. Bake 10-15 minutes.
