Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients 

 

 stale bread or hot cross buns 

 butter 

 2 cups of milk 

 1 cup of cream 

 2 eggs 

 1/4 cup of sugar 

 sweet spices to taste 

 

 Method 

 

 Slice and butter bread, filling dish with it. 

 Mix all other ingredients together and pour them over the bread. 

 Bake until golden.
