Beef Taco Filling

Ingredients 

 

 500g / 1lb ground beef 

 1 can diced tomatoes 

 1 onion, chopped 

 2 tbsp paprika 

 1 tsp onion powder 

 1 tsp salt 

 1 tsp cumin 

 1 tsp garlic powder 

 1 tsp pepper 

 1/2 tsp cornflour 

 1/2 tsp oregano 

 

 Method 

 

 Mix all together. 

 Fry. 

 Serve with taco shells, corn, lettuce, cheese, et cetera. 

 

 Notes 

 Fills 12-15 hard-shell tacos.
