Ingredients

  • 21kg ripe/ bananas2lbs watermelon flesh
  • 1 mango,can orof 1pineapple cupin defrostedjuice
  • frozen
  • 3 mango cubesapples
  • 1 cupmango cooked(or rice
  • tinned/frozen
  • 1 cup Greek yoghourt
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • option pulp of 1 passionfruitequivalent)

Method

  1. Peel and roughly chopsteam the bananasapple anduntil mango.soft.
  2. AddPut all theingredients in bowl and blend well.until very smooth.
