Row 1 - knit to end of row

Row 3 - knit to end of row, knitting yarns-over from the left
Row 4 - k2 yo k13 yo k4 yo k13 yo k2: there are now 38 stitches
Row 5 - knit to end of row
Row 6 - knit to end of row
Rows 7-14 - repeat Rows 5-6
Row 15 - k11, k2tog 4 times, ssk 4 times, k11: there are now 30 stitches
Row 16 - purl to end of row
Row 17 - k11, k2tog twice, ssk twice, k11: there are now 26 stitches
Row 18 - purl to end of row
Row 19 - k9, k2tog twice, ssk twice, k9: there are now 22 stitches
Rows 20-23 - knit to end of row
Row 24 - cast off knitwise

Sew up sole and back.
