Cast on 30 stitches using 4mm needles and DK/8ply yarn.

Row 1 - knit to end of row
Row 2 - k1 yo k13 yo k2 yo k13 yo k1: there are now 34 stitches
Row 3 - knit to end of row, knitting yarns-over from the left
Row 4 - k2 yo k13 yo k4 yo k13 yo k2: there are now 38 stitches
Row 5-14 - knit to end of row
Row 15 - k10 k2tog nine times k10: there are now 30 stitches
Row 16 - knit to end of row
Row 17 - k8 k2tog, then while casting off k2tog k2tog k1 k2tog k2tog,
      then, no longer casting off, k2tog k8:
      there are now 18 stitches remaining on the needles
Row 18 - k9, cast on 4, k9: there are now 22 stitches
Row 19 - knit to end of row
Row 20 - cast off knitwise

Sew up sole and back.

Takes about 25-30g cotton yarn.
