Marmelade
Ingredients
- 6 oranges
- 4 cups sugar
- 4 cups water
Method
- Chop fruit finely.
- Stir in the sugar and water and leave it to soak overnight.
- Boil until the sugar dissolves.
- Simmer until the pith and skin have become translucent.
- Boil until it reaches a syrupy texture.
