Veganicotti: Vegan Cheesy Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, almonds, or sunflower seeds
  • 14oz firm tofu, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped basil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano

Method 

  1. Blend nuts/seeds until they resemble sand.
  2. Add all other ingredients to blender and process until smooth.

Notes

Use to stuff pasta; as a dip; or as a spread.
