Veganicotti: Vegan Cheesy Spread
Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews, almonds, or sunflower seeds
- 14oz firm tofu, drained and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
Method
- Blend nuts/seeds until they resemble sand.
- Add all other ingredients to blender and process until smooth.
Notes
Use to stuff pasta; as a dip; or as a spread.
