ANZAC Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup butter or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp golden syrup
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C / 350F.
- Mix oats, coconut, sugar, and flour.
- Melt butter and syrup, and then mix into dry ingredients.
- Form into 1" balls and bake for 12 minutes.
- Rest until firm.
