Thai Red Curry Porkballs
Ingredients
- 500g / 1lb ground pork mince
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato (app. 1/2 potato)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into balls and fry on low heat until cooked through, rotating as needed.
