TVP Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup TVP
  • 1 cup vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxsed
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp soy or worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup oat or almond flour

Method 

  1. Rehydrate TVP with vegetable stock, and flaxseed with water.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Form into patties and grill.

Notes

Makes 8-10 thin patties.
