TVP Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 cup TVP
- 1 cup vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp ground flaxsed
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp soy or worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp ground smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup oat or almond flour
Method
- Rehydrate TVP with vegetable stock, and flaxseed with water.
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Form into patties and grill.
Notes
Makes 8-10 thin patties.
