Curried Sausages
Ingredients
- 500g / 1lb sausages
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup peas
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tbsp gravy powder
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp cornflour
Method
- Peel and thinly-slice the onions, then brown the onions and sausages.
- Chop the sausages into bite-size pieces and dice the carrots, then put in crock pot with peas and onion.
- Stir gravy powder, curry powder, and cornflour into chicken stock, and pour over sausages and vegetables.
- Cover and cook for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Serve over pasta or mashed mpotato.
Makes 4 serves.
