Orange Chicken
Ingredients
- 350g / 12oz diced or popcorn chicken
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp marmalade
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Method
- Sauté onion, ginger, and chicken.
- Whisk together all other ingredients until well blended.
- Add sauce and simmer until thick.
- Serve with rice and steamed greens.
